Ladies & Gentlemen, Dark Sky Books

Dark Sky Magazine is thrilled to announce the birth of Dark Sky Books, a small press with a big appetite for poetry and fiction. This spring and summer we’re publishing two collections of new poetry.

The first book, written by Ben Mazer, is titled January 2008. It collects 135 poems written in the wake of Landis Everson’s death — a fellow poet and good friend to Mazer.

The second book is Seth Berg’s Muted Lines From Someone Else’s Memory. Berg is the winner of Dark Sky Magazine’s Poetry Contest. The final cover is still under construction, but we wanted to promote Seth’s collection as early as possible.
