Fallujah, Falcons, and Sirois

By Seth Amos

Remember Fallujah Week begins on November 14th, seven years after the Coalition siege that decimated the Iraqi city. The Justice for Fallujah Project is screening Feurat Alani’s documentary titled Fallujah, A Lost Generation? in cities across the United States to raise awareness about the ongoing suffering of the people of Fallujah.

Featured in the latest print issue of Dark Sky Magazine, Justin Sirois’s stories also help educate people about the sieges of Fallujah and their effects on the civilian population. His novel, Falcons on the Floor, will be out from Publishing Genius in March of 2012. Read a portion of the excerpt from the novel here. For the full excerpt, get your copy of Dark Sky Magazine.
